As a Senior Stormwater Engineer | Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in advancing Windsor’s stormwater capabilities, leading complex projects, mentoring teammates, and developing lasting client relationships across multiple states. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Drive project success as both Lead Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing multiple stormwater projects while ensuring quality deliverables within scope, schedule and budget.
- Serve as Engineer of Record, developing innovative stormwater management solutions and leading technical analyses using advanced modeling tools.
- Work independently and with a team to drive project deliverables as both a project design Lead and Project Manager.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive stormwater management plans, technical reports, and permitting documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with team members, clients, and industry partners to expand Windsor's network and market presence.
