Weekend support is required on the rotation basis for 3 4 hours

Position Description: We are looking for a Mainframe Production Support Engineer to support and maintain business‑critical mainframe applications. The role involves monitoring production systems, resolving incidents, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
