A hyper-growth Japanese tech unicorn candidate focused on "unleashing the potential of manufacturing" through an AI-powered data platform. We are scaling rapidly across US and ASEAN markets with a multinational engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• **Framework Design:** Design and evolve scalable automated test frameworks (Unit, Integration, E2E).
• **QA Strategy:** Define test strategy, test pyramid design, and quality metrics aligned with product risk.
• **Lead Quality:** Drive defect management and root cause analysis; establish QA standards across the team.
• **DevOps Integration:** Optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and scalable test execution.
• **Mentorship:** Guide engineers in testing practices to foster a quality-first mindset.

勤務時間: フレックスタイム制（コアタイム 11:00–16:00）
