This role offers the opportunity to own critical internal integrations while helping build the infrastructure that enables AI-powered workflows across the organization.
You will work across back-office systems, data pipelines, agent tooling, security, and internal platforms in a highly autonomous environment.
A key focus will be evolving an early-stage MCP layer into a durable platform that enables teams and AI agents to interact safely with real business systems.
You will balance operational ownership with continuous improvement, knowing when to fix an integration and when to rebuild it on better infrastructure.
The role is highly hands-on, requiring strong engineering judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.

### Accountabilities:

• Own, maintain, and enhance integrations connecting ERP, warehouse management, data warehouse, and adjacent internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and consolidate the integration landscape, reducing duplicated logic, unnecessary moving parts, and long-term maintenance overhead.
• Rebuild individual integration flows onto more effective infrastructure when appropriate, distinguishing between short-term fixes and durable engineering solutions.
• Build and expand the internal MCP layer, including connectors and tools that allow AI agents to safely interact with real business systems.
