Operations and Integrations Manager

Position Summary

This position is an integral role in Hometown Veterinary Partners' hospital acquisition activity and overall company growth. This role leads to the cross-functional execution of operations and integration activities for external acquisitions and, post-integration, continues supporting hospitals to ensure operations run smoothly and at maximum efficiency.

• Partner with hospital team leaders to solve problems and ensure client needs are exceeded, and optimal patient care is delivered
• Communicate deadlines to all internal HVP cross-functional teams to ensure prompt, efficient delivery
• Partner with hospital leadership to strategically support Compassionate Care for sustainable growth
• Partner with leadership and hospital teams to support growth and revenue potential

Collaboration

• Manage multiple integrations simultaneously against strict deadlines
• Coordinate, track, and lead due diligence activities, including financial, HR, vendor relationships, key contracts, and other items required for a successful partnership
• Identify operational issues, develop solutions, and escalate across stakeholders to drive decision-making
• Track success in partnership with the leadership team
• Work hands-on in hospitals as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as the company and role evolve
