About the opportunity

Join our *Embedded Payments team* as *Sr. Fullstack Software Engineer* in *Pune, India* to make a real impact every day. Reporting into *the Director of Software Engineering*, you'll take ownership of complex, cross-cutting problems across our cloud-native payment orchestration platform that processes significant transaction volume across multiple Xplor brands — from API contract through data model to UI. You'll be a technical anchor for your area: setting direction on design, raising the bar on code quality and testing, and mentoring mid-level engineers as the team scales. You're comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end and collaborating closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to make sound trade-offs between speed and long-term platform health.

We're looking for someone who treats AI tooling as a force multiplier. You should be fluent with modern AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) and have a point of view on how to use them well — where they accelerate work, where they need guardrails, and how to keep quality high as velocity increases.
