About The Role
Super.com is seeking a talented and experienced
Senior Software Engineer, Data Platform
to join its Data Engineering team. Data is at the core of Super.com's decision-making process, and this team plays a critical role in enabling the organization to scale while managing petabytes of data efficiently and reliably.


The team utilizes modern data technologies including
Snowflake, dbt, Kafka, and Amplitude
to support advanced analytics, experimentation, and business intelligence initiatives. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for solving complex technical challenges, building scalable data infrastructure, and ensuring the stability and performance of the company’s data ecosystem.

This role operates within the
SWAT (Software Adaptability Team)
, a specialized group focused on addressing the organization's highest-priority technical and business needs. Projects typically range from 6 to 26 weeks and require rapid problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and the delivery of high-impact data solutions. Success in this position requires balancing speed, quality, scalability, and business value.
