About the role

As a Senior Engineer on the Custody team, you will play a key role in architecting, building, and maintaining Paxos’ crypto custody infrastructure and applications. You’ll use your deep technical expertise and hands-on skills to deliver secure and scalable solutions, collaborating closely across functions to help shape our technological direction and execute complex projects.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical custody systems across multiple blockchains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and infrastructure to define system architecture and technical requirements.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our services through best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize existing issuance infrastructure to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
