## The Role

At QuidelOrtho , we’re *advancing the power of diagnostics for a healthier future for all* . Join our mission as our next Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Systems. The R&D Software Engineering Team is responsible for instrument software across all our instruments, and the common cloud technology that empowers connectivity and informatics.

In this role, you will be a senior contributor to multiple small teams focused on the design and implementation of QuidelOrtho’s could-based systems that support our medical diagnostic instruments across all business units. QuidelOrtho currently has more than 100,000 instruments deployed worldwide and continues to add to its market share with new and existing instruments. As our instrument population grows, so does our need for increased instrument functionality and modularity. As a part of the software team, you will be central to supporting and building new capabilities for these instruments and cloud-based systems.
