POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team supporting a key program supporting critical functions within the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative software solutions, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. You should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fully remote, collaborative environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
• Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and specifications
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
