Our goal is to tackle the type of automation problems that require long-context reasoning, tool orchestration across legacy systems, and strict compliance loops: the ones without known answers.

We’ve shipped real agents that handle real customer workflows in production. With a growing customer base and live deployments, we’re scaling up fast and looking for deeply technical builders who want to have outsized impact early.

Our core engineering team is looking for a builder, a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in early-stage (ambiguous) environments. You’ve seen products through from v1 to scale, and you love designing clean systems that last.

## Your mission is to

• 6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance practical AI-powered software solutions for the fintech industry.
• Own project timelines by managing priorities and delivering high-quality features.
• Drive product and business decisions as a core contributor, helping to define and shape both the technical foundation and strategic direction.
• Participate and foster best practices including code reviews, testing, etc.

## Who You Are

• Demonstrated backend/fullstack engineering experience, ideally in SaaS in high-impact projects
• Deep experience with **Python** (Django, Flask, FastAPI), **TypeScript** (React), **Docker**, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Strong experience with designing, building and scaling distributed systems
• Strong background in relational + non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• API design chops (REST, GraphQL), deployment know-how
