We are builders. At Legl, the lines between Engineering, Product, and Design are intentionally blurred.

Senior engineers don’t just “implement tickets” - they shape problems, challenge assumptions, talk to customers, make trade-offs, and stay accountable for outcomes over time. Your job isn’t to ship features; it’s to deliver meaningful product and business value quickly.

We work best when:

• Ownership is individual, collaboration is intentional.
• Decisions are shaped early using customer context and evidence
• Feedback is fast and continuous
• Process supports momentum, not the other way around
• You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Design, but you’ll also be expected to independently drive work forward from vague problem statements to shipped solutions to measurable impact.

We use AI deliberately to:
