## Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at IntusCare, you will play a key role in architecting, building, and scaling our next-generation EMR platform for PACE. You’ll work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams in a modern agile environment, helping drive technical excellence and deliver meaningful healthcare solutions.
## Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Build – Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and intuitive frontend interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB
- Product partnership – Engage with PMs and Designers from ideation through delivery: scoping feasibility, identifying edge cases, decomposing large initiatives into deliverable milestones, and offering technical input that strengthens product decisions early
- Technical Leadership – Set best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system design. Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews
- AI & Innovation – Champion new technologies and approaches to improve our product and engineering process, leveraging AI and other tools
