THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and evolve scalable web applications, balancing frontend and backend development. This role emphasizes hands-on coding, collaboration, and system design to deliver high-performance, maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer who values clean architecture, thoughtful design, and pragmatic problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across the full stack.
• Build reusable UI components and libraries with attention to detail and user experience.
• Develop backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions within your team.
• Participate in code reviews and support the technical growth of peers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, estimate work, and meet project objectives.
• Identify technical debt and advocate for improvements that balance velocity with code quality.
