#### About the role
As a Senior SDET, you are the technical authority for quality on our team. You will lead the development and implementation of our long-term automation roadmap, ensuring our testing ecosystem is scalable and robust. You will champion a developer-first mindset, treating test code with the same rigor and architectural standards as production code.
You will remain hands-on while also supervising the quality of contributions from the wider QA team, ensuring that our automation across API, integration, and UI, remain clean, efficient, and reliable.
#### What you'll do
- **Quality Ownership:** Take full ownership of the QA process! Partner with developers to improve system testability and ensure quality is built into every stage of the lifecycle, from requirement definition through production validation.
- **Roadmap & Strategy:** Own the implementation of our technical roadmap for the QA department including identifying tool gaps and researching new technologies.
- **Technical Mentorship:** Act as a Lead Reviewer for the QA team, establishing coding standards, and conducting rigorous PR reviews to elevate the entire team’s coding proficiency.
- **CI/CD Quality Strategy:** Operate and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast feedback, high signal tests, and clear release readiness criteria.
