Data Analyst (Product Analytics)

• The Analyst will serve as the primary owner of product analytics platforms (including tools such as Pendo), functioning as an embedded partner within the product team
• This role requires the ability to evaluate qualitative AI outputs alongside quantitative data, translating complex AI behaviors into actionable insights through model performance evaluation, response quality assessment, and measurement of user trust and adoption
• This position is ideally suited for an experienced product or business analyst with a strong data foundation, hands-on experience with AI/ML product analytics, and a nuanced understanding of the challenges involved in measuring AI effectiveness
• Success in this role requires strong people skills and a proactive, curious approach, finding ways to plug into product and engineering rhythms, building trust quickly, and continuously asking the right questions to uncover insights
• In this opportunity as a Data Analyst, Product Analytics, you will be responsible for:
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use product analytics/data to recognize patterns and trends to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities
• Measurement Frameworks: Proactively establish measurement frameworks/success metrics for new product launches/features and drive actionability through data-driven insights
• Tag Management & Instrumentation: Maintain and expand Pendo tagging across the product, ensuring features, pages, and user interactions are accurately tracked as the product evolves.
