We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Senior Sales Operations Manager to join Snyk's Strategy & Operations team during a period of hyper-growth. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of GTM Strategy, Operations, and Analytics, you will be a vital partner to our leadership team. This is an impactful opportunity to drive the efficiency of our Go-To-Market engine, helping us scale our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle.
### What You’ll Do:
- **Lead GTM Planning:** Partner with Sales Management on annual and quarterly planning, including customer segmentation, territory design, and quota deployment.
- **Drive Actionable Insights:** Deliver weekly operations reports and sales forecasts, translating complex data into insights that increase GTM effectiveness.
- **Own Sales Analytics:** Track and analyze sales process KPIs while developing new reporting tools from multiple data sources to support ad hoc analytics.
- **Execute Strategic Projects:** Manage high-impact projects designed to drive operational efficiency across the global sales organization.
