Lead and oversee the performance, operations, and teams of a group of retail store locations across the US
Spend most of your time in stores coaching Store Managers, driving sales and operational excellence, and championing a customer-first culture
Own new store openings end-to-end, providing hands-on training and support before, during, and after launch
Frequent travel across the country and to new store sites is a core part of the job

[Duties and Responsibilities]

*Store Performance & Operations*

Lead and oversee multiple store locations, driving sales results, operational excellence, and consistent brand experience
Manage retail KPIs, P&L, scheduling, labor management, inventory, and merchandising standards across all locations
Conduct regular store visits and audits; identify gaps and implement action plans to improve performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Store Managers and store teams; set expectations and hold teams accountable for goals
Provide on-the-ground training and support; build a bench of future store and multi-unit leaders
