Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior, experienced Project Manager with a strong background in K-12 EdTech, educational publishing, ELT (English Language Teaching), or digital learning content production.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing complex projects, including
POC (Proof of Concept) projects
, with multiple stakeholders, long production schedules, and strict quality and delivery requirements.

The candidate will establish project management processes at project kick-off and ensure they are followed throughout the project lifecycle. This includes maintaining centralised documentation of project plans, design decisions, client comments, feedback, revisions, approvals, risks, and status updates to ensure transparency, accountability, and smooth project execution.

Experience managing large-scale ELT programmes or similar educational content projects will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-End Project Management:

• Lead projects from initiation and kick-off through planning, execution, quality review, delivery, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, resource requirements, and dependencies.
