## Location & Flexibility

## India Hybrid: Noida/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

What you'll do:

• Configure and optimize AI agents to generate, maintain, and expand automated test suites across Java/Spring Boot microservices
• Design agent context, instructions, and skills that are portable - not locked to any single tool.
• Today it's Kiro; tomorrow it could be Claude Codeor whatever wins. 90%+ of what you build should transfer.
• Know the difference between platform-specific features and universal agent patterns (system prompts, tool use, context management, retrieval, multi-step orchestration)
• Roll out agent-driven workflows across 1-9 teams with different...
