What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the execution of complex projects including procurement, design, installation, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing capabilities
• Serve as the primary execution integrator across internal and external stakeholders
• Drive technical decision-making and issue resolution to maintain project momentum
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring alignment with project scope and schedule
• Monitor and communicate project status, including risks and technical issues, through clear reporting

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business or related field; M.S., MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in a regulated environment (life sciences, biotech, pharma, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in leading projects through design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with cleanroom and facility retrofit projects
• PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred
