As we continue to grow, I'm interested in connecting with exceptional Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and construction professionals in the Denver market who are looking for something beyond a traditional PM role.

What we're looking for:

Someone who combines deep construction experience with intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, and exceptional judgment.

Someone who can walk into a complicated situation, quickly understand what's happening, identify what really matters, and develop a path forward.

Someone who is equally comfortable challenging a contractor's execution plan, navigating a difficult client conversation, evaluating commercial risk, or leading a complex project through delivery.

The ideal background includes:

• Significant experience delivering complex healthcare or other technically demanding capital projects
• Strong understanding of design, construction, project controls, commercial management, and project risk
• The ability to think strategically while remaining grounded in construction execution
• Confidence working directly with senior Owner and project leadership
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complicated issues into clear recommendations
• A genuine desire to take ownership, solve difficult problems, and continuously improve
