Job Description Summary
The Senior Project Manager serves as a strategic execution leader within the Major Correctives organization and is responsible for the successful delivery of complex, high-risk, and high-value wind turbine corrective campaigns across North America.
This role maintains ownership of multiple customer portfolios and major corrective workstreams including Major Component Upgrades (MCU), Blade Services, Liftra crane-less exchanges, and fleet reliability campaigns.
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for customer satisfaction, financial performance, vendor management, scope execution, resource alignment, and operational excellence across assigned regions, customers, or programs.
Unlike a Project Manager who owns individual projects, the Senior Project Manager owns customer relationships, execution strategy, contractor performance, and portfolio-level outcomes while mentoring Project Managers and influencing business decisions across the organization.

Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Champion a world-class safety culture across all assigned projects and contractors.
- Own portfolio-level EHS performance and corrective action closure.
- Ensure compliance with GE Vernova standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Maintain prevailing wage compliance and certified payroll governance.
- Ensure audit readiness across all projects.
- Drive quality improvements and reduction of repeat failures.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for major events.
Customer Ownership & Strategic Account Management
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customer portfolios.
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
