About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Engineering Manager
to lead the engineering execution of complex Balance of Plant (BOP) projects. This is an
individual contributor engineering leadership role
, not a people management position. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines while collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project execution lifecycle.

This position focuses on engineering execution from contract award through project completion, ensuring technical excellence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, budget performance, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering execution of Balance of Plant (BOP) projects from contract award through project completion.
• Develop project engineering scope, schedules, and execution plans.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional engineering teams to successfully deliver project objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, partners, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review customer specifications and communicate technical and contractual requirements across engineering disciplines.
• Evaluate technical, financial, and schedule impacts of customer-requested scope changes.
