You will lead multiple projects or a single large-scale, highly complex project involving historic and existing buildings.
The role combines project leadership, design judgment, technical expertise, and strategic client engagement.
You will guide institutional clients through complex decisions while aligning scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and resources.
Working with multidisciplinary teams across several offices, you will coordinate architects, designers, consultants, and project staff.
You will play a key role in presentations, project planning, financial performance, staffing, and risk management from planning through completion.
Based in New York City, the role offers a hybrid work environment, a salary of $140,000–$160,000 annually, and strong professional development opportunities.

### Accountabilities:

As Senior Project Manager, you will serve as a key leader across major cultural, institutional, and higher education projects. You will act as the primary client liaison while ensuring project teams have the direction, resources, and coordination needed to deliver high-quality work.
