About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER I leads medium-to-large complex projects and strategic initiatives with enterprise-wide impact. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across multiple functions, managing project delivery excellence, and executing key business priorities. The position influences decision-making, navigates ambiguity, and helps shape project management practices to deliver meaningful outcomes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.
• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
• Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
