About The Role
Based remotely and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Logistics, the Senior. Project Manager, Global Operations leads complex, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across operations, supply chain, and eCommerce channels. The role drives strategic execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across global teams.


KEY FOCUS AREAS

• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects — from strategic concept through implementation — ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Operational Optimization: Partner with logistics, order management, planning, commercial, product development, and technology teams to streamline Retail and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) supply chain operations, improving speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• DTC & eCommerce Integration: Drive initiatives that enhance the consumer experience across eCommerce platforms and fulfillment networks, optimizing inventory availability, delivery accuracy, and service times.
