Job Summary:
National Veterinary Associates is seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager to lead complex, business-critical initiatives that directly influence operational performance, growth, and client experience across our General Practice network.
This is not a traditional project management role. You are a strategic execution leader—someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from concept through adoption in a highly matrixed, multi-site environment.
You will own the full lifecycle of key initiatives, ensuring work is clearly defined, effectively executed, and delivers measurable impact.
The ideal candidate brings a strong project management background with experience in multi-site retail or healthcare organizations, along with a proven ability to operate in complex environments. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, guide change, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Design & Lifecycle Ownership
- Lead initiatives across the full lifecycle—from early concept, scoping, and planning through execution, rollout, and post-implementation evaluation.
- Define clear project goals, success measures, and execution strategies, and track outcomes against those targets.
- Ensure all work is structured, sequenced, and aligned to business &/or enterprise priorities.
Organize, Mobilize & Lead Teams
- Lead cross-functional teams through coordinated efforts in Operations, Medical, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Technology.
