Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead cross-functional execution across complex game development initiatives. This role is responsible for aligning teams, creating delivery visibility, and ensuring milestones are met from early concept through launch.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end project coordination across engineering, design, art, QA, and production teams
• Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules in partnership with leadership
• Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively remove blockers
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Oversee build schedules, release readiness, and launch coordination activities
• Serve as the communication hub to ensure alignment, transparency, and stakeholder visibility
