What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage large multi-faceted projects/accounts/campaigns or multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecast upcoming work, and allocate resources
- Serve as the communications hub between agency team members and partners associated with assigned accounts/projects
- Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure projects remain on time and within budget
- Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required
- Proficiency in timeline development and budget management
- Exceptional communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset

- Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with a positive attitude
