Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager, Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple complex, high-impact projects across the organization. This role acts as the primary point of accountability for achieving project outcomes, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Senior Project Manager, Diagnostic Imaging partners with cross-functional stakeholders, drives effective communication, mitigates risk, and supports the advancement of project management capabilities by mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.

Essential Functions

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent initiatives related to diagnostic imaging and digital business solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for diagnostic imaging systems (PACS, RIS, modality integrations), ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with clinical operations
• Collaborates with business units and cross-functional teams including IT, radiology, clinical staff, vendors, and external partners to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria related to diagnostic imaging and digital business solutions.
• Manage implementation of imaging systems (e.g., PACS, RIS, VNA) and digital platforms
• Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues, escalating as needed to maintain project progress.
