### Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a high-volume creative and marketing environment. This role will manage a mix of fast-paced digital initiatives and longer-term integrated campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience managing content-driven programs across multiple formats, including editorial content, email campaigns, newsletters, and video.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of creative and marketing projects across digital, social, and integrated campaigns
• Oversee high-volume workflows, balancing short-cycle (Agile-style) and long-term (waterfall) projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Monitor project SLAs and performance metrics, targeting high on-time delivery rates
• Maintain visibility into project health, timelines, and resource allocation
• Communicate project status, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including leveraging AI and automation to increase efficiency

### Required Qualifications

• Proven 5 years of experience managing digital and content-driven marketing projects
• Strong experience with **Jira** for project management
• Proficiency in **Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Familiarity with **Figma** for design reviews
• Experience working with **Digital Asset Management (DAM)** systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

### Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with **Airtable**
• Background supporting integrated marketing or product launch campaigns
