What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary contact for real estate development projects across the university
• Manage a diverse portfolio of campus development projects valued over $25 million
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and contracts with external vendors
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Ensure project compliance with established university initiatives and collaborate with various internal departments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant area plus 3 years of experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with strategic and regulatory considerations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment
