What You'll Do:
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of complex, high-impact customer projects across Togetherwork's Professional Services portfolio. This role leads large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives from initiation through closeout, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer objectives and organizational strategy.
In addition to delivery ownership, the Senior Project Manager serves as a stabilizing force in high-risk engagements, a mentor to Project Managers, and a key contributor to delivery maturity, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.
Project Delivery & Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, or high-risk customer projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resourcing models.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, technical, data, and product functions.
- Ensure scope control, change management, and financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, resourcing, and customer risks.
- Lead resolution of complex issues and drive recovery plans for at-risk projects.
- Escalate appropriately with clear recommendations and options.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for senior customer stakeholders.
- Provide clear, transparent, and executive-ready status reporting.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal leaders.
Quality & Standards Adherence
- Ensure delivery aligns with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance.
- Uphold quality expectations across milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Contribute feedback and recommendations to improve delivery frameworks and tools.
