About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER leads execution of complex, cross-functional projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget. This role manages client expectations and collaborates with account teams and other leaders to drive project success, playing a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects strategically.
• Develop detailed project plans and oversee schedules and budgets.
• Serve as the communication hub for project teams, partners, vendors, and clients.
• Set and manage expectations for teams and clients.
• Use negotiation, motivation, problem-solving, and feedback to achieve goals.
• Motivate and guide teams to maintain positive energy and quality work.
• Utilize project management software tools to organize projects.
• Ensure quality of communication and information.
• Coordinate approvals and finalization for timely, error-free delivery.
• Promote organizational goals, systems, policies, and best practices within teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of project management experience in an agency or comparable integrated team environment.
• Experience with project management systems.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Anticipated salary range is $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience and workplace location.
