🏗️ Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

📍 Buffalo | Rochester | Albany, NY

We're partnering with a well-established union mechanical contractor in upstate New York that's looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact HVAC, piping and plumbing projects from start to finish.

💼 What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers

• Own project financials: forecasting, reporting and hitting (or beating!) margin targets

• Champion a best-in-class safety culture 🦺

• Work hand-in-hand with VDC and fabrication shops to drive prefab and lean construction

• Oversee procurement of major equipment, subcontracts and long-lead items

• Partner with regional leadership on staffing and resources

✅ What you bring

• Experience managing individual projects of $5M+ and portfolios of $15M+

• Mechanical contracting background (HVAC, piping, plumbing)

• Experience working with union trades

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering or related (strongly preferred)

• A leader who's organized, people-focused and results-driven
