Role Description
The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading complex projects that enhance and scale LTEA Saloon’s platform and services. This role oversees project planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, operations, and customer success to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project objectives and timelines, managing resources and logistics, monitoring risks and dependencies, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting. The Senior Project Manager will regularly communicate with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, resolve issues and bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in project processes. This position also contributes to strategic planning, supports rollout and implementation for clients, and ensures a smooth experience for salon professionals and partners using LTEA Saloon and LTEA Match.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including experience with Project Management methodologies, planning, and execution in a tech or SaaS environment.
