Senior Project Manager

IDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote + travel opportunity.
This role involves leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. The company is a leader in the IT and technology consulting industry, focusing on innovative solutions and client success.

Position Overview for the Senior Project Manager:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple medium-to-large, complex projects from initiation through closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to drive project execution and achieve business objectives.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues while providing regular status updates and escalating critical concerns as needed.
• Maintain accountability for project documentation, reporting, invoicing, client sign-offs, and overall project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and Coordinators, driving continuous improvement, project recovery efforts, and best-practice adoption across the organization.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Project Management within the IT industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Expert knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
