Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for the client and all employees involved in the implementation process. Coordinates and ensures the successful and timely implementation of complex heavy equipment projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead/manage project teams in delivering implementation projects on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with client and internal organizations to resource plan for projects
  • Ensure project results align with customer objectives and contract deliverables
  • Establish project plans, including work breakdown structures and supporting tasks and deliverables with clear ownership, maintain schedule, and adjust as required to keep the project on track
  • Outstanding communication with customers/clients and internally at all levels of the organization
  • Track project plans, milestones, and deliverable status and assess any impacts changes will have on cost, resourcing, and schedules
  • Work with supporting teams to coordinate risk mitigation and action plans to address project and program issues as they arise
  • Provide timely and accurate status updates to project stakeholders, sponsors, and management
  • Establish and maintain strong client/customer relationships
