About this role

We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Project Manager
with deep experience in
healthcare construction
to lead major projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining budgets and schedules, and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management of healthcare construction projects (hospitals, medical offices, surgical centers, etc.)
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and overall execution
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations (e.g., ICRA, AHCA, Joint Commission standards where applicable)
• Drive preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Lead risk management, cost control, and change order processes
• Oversee project teams, including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Provide regular reporting on project status, financials, and key milestones

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong focus on healthcare projects
• Proven track record managing ground-up and renovation healthcare projects
• Deep understanding of healthcare construction regulations, infection control, and operational constraints
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management tools (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
