About this role

Work with team members located in different time zones/countries to support the localization needs from clients in the industries


of Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc. Lead customer communication, responds to customer consulting with customized


solutions. Provide hands-on trainings for team members on TMS (Translation Management System), CAT (Computer-Assisted


Translation) tools, DTP (Desktop publishing), and QA basics. Improve existing workflow and team structure to boost productivity


and efficiency. Oversee team performance and monitor workload with data-based method. Maintain best practice documentation


and keep language assets up to date. Create report with data and present to customers for visual demonstrations of


performance, spending structure and efficiency, and trend estimate. Supervise Junior Project Manager(s), Project


Coordinator(s). Telecommuting Permitted.
