## The opportunity:

As a Senior Product Manager for User Activation & Growth at Taxfix, you will redefine how we grow , using AI-augmented experimentation, Behavioral Science, and data-driven decision-making to attract ne users and convert them into loyal tax filers. You won't just run tests, you'll use AI to compress the cycle from insight to validated experiment, helping your cross-functional team move at a pace that compounds. Your playground is our German tax filing product: proven product-market fit, a rich data foundation, and real room to innovate on every step of the user journey.

## Your responsibilities and decisions:

• Own the end-to-end user journey: from the first app touchpoint through personalized onboarding, intelligent product steering (self-employed or income tax filers), seamless registration & authentication, activation, and user management
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, ideal customer profiles, behavior, and friction points in the existing user experience through qualitative research (user interviews, analyzing user flows, etc.), data analytics, and experimentation
• Translate user problems into clear hypotheses on how to grow user adoption and revenue, applying Behavioral Science principles such as nudging, choice architecture, ...
