Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Manager, Operations
to join our product team and help design the systems, workflows, and product foundations that power Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic.


You will work on
complex, high-impact product problems
at the intersection of software, operations, care delivery, and business performance. The goal is to build scalable systems that make the clinic more reliable, more efficient, and easier to operate, while delivering an intuitive user experience for both patients and internal teams.


You’ll join a collaborative team of

(11 Engineers and Data Scientists, 5 PMs & 1 Product Designer) and work closely with operations, billing, and clinical teams to turn messy real-world constraints into clear product decisions. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring cross-functional processes, and improving products where user experience and operational execution are tightly linked.
