Operating from Berlin with international expansion plans underway, the company is building a lean, high-performing Product & Tech organization focused on speed, ownership, and rapid iteration. The culture is highly collaborative, direct, and execution-oriented, with teams working closely across product, design, engineering, and leadership.

Position description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our client’s Product & Tech organization and help shape the future of a rapidly growing fitness-tech platform.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with a builder mentality and enjoys operating in highly collaborative, fast-moving startup environments. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, engineering, and design to define and deliver user experiences across both digital and in-studio fitness products.

The role goes beyond roadmap management — our client is looking for someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity, rapidly prototype ideas, deeply understand users, and contribute directly to shaping the company’s product organization as it scales.
