The Role

• Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash processes, including product development plans and AI capability requirements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Own the definition and delivery of AI-powered tools to address pain points in quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections.
• Collaborate with leaders across departments to understand needs and develop AI solutions that accelerate revenue cycles.
• Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption, operational efficiency, and ROI for AI implementations.
• Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate advanced AI capabilities.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products.
• Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) and their application in sales and revenue operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes, including CPQ, CLM, and billing systems.
• Expertise in enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based AI services.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and a track record of measuring AI initiative ROI.
