About the Role

Emerald AI is building a next-generation AI cloud platform designed for the era of large-scale AI training and inference. We believe cloud infrastructure should be intelligent, power-aware, and optimized for modern GPU workloads—not simply a collection of virtual machines.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Cloud Services to lead the definition and launch Emerald Cloud Services. This is a true 0→1 product role, responsible for discovering customer needs, shaping the product strategy, and bringing new cloud services to market. You'll work across engineering, design, commercial, and customers to build a differentiated AI cloud experience for enterprises, AI labs, and infrastructure providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Emerald’s Cloud Services platform, shaping how customers access, manage, and optimize AI compute.
• Conduct customer discovery and market research to identify emerging AI infrastructure needs and translate insights into differentiated offerings.
