In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven product initiatives within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will be responsible for shaping how artificial intelligence enhances user workflows, automates processes, and delivers meaningful insights across a global customer base. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, you will translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and high-impact product features. Accountabilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered product features and capabilities
• Own outcomes for a significant product area, ensuring measurable business and customer impact
• Translate customer needs and feedback into clear product requirements and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality features
• Lead product discovery efforts, including user research and validation of AI-driven solutions
• Oversee product launches, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
• Establish and monitor success metrics, using data to inform decisions and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion of AI capabilities across the platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS environments (B2B and/or B2C)
