As a Digital Marketing Manager focused on Digital Growth, this role is less about broad brand awareness and more about measurable user acquisition and conversion. As a key part of 1inch's Digital & Growth team you will work closely with Brand, Product, and BD and act as the engine behind the company’s expansion, using data-driven performance marketing to scale the user base. Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position sits at the intersection of product and performance, requiring you to turn complex Web3 product launches into high-converting paid ads, lifecycle emails, and strategic growth partnerships.


Responsibilities:

• Paid Growth: Run and optimise multi-channel ad campaigns to scale user acquisition
• Performance Analysis: Track and improve campaign ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Lifecycle Marketing: Plan and execute automated email campaigns for product updates and retention
• KOL Coordination: Manage influencer activations and track the output of key creators
• Partnership Activation: Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities and paid media placements
• Project Ownership: Maintain end-to-end timelines, deliverables, and documentation in Confluence
• Cross-Team Synergy: Align with Brand, Product, and BD teams to support major integrations
