### Job Description:

• As a Senior UX Designer at Norstella, you will take on a leadership role in shaping user experiences across complex data-driven products.
• You'll drive end-to-end design solutions, mentor designers, and partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs while advancing our design system and ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency across products.
