Role Description
The Senior Operations Project Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading cross-functional projects that optimize Pacten’s operations and delivery of AI-native digital experiences. This role oversees end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management to ensure successful implementation of operational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams; translating business objectives into actionable project plans; and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The Senior Operations Project Manager will manage budgets and operational workflows, streamline processes, and standardize best practices across programs. This position also collaborates with leadership to identify strategic opportunities, define priorities, and communicate status updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
